Transforming Omnia Connect into a Strategic Hub

Omnia Partners enables organizations to access strategic, high-value contracts at scale. Over a 12-month redesign, I led UX and creative direction to reimagine Omnia Connect from an underused hub into a data-rich, user-first portal.

the PROBLEM

An Underused, Disjointed Portal

Omnia Connect’s siloed, outdated content led partners to bypass the portal, seeking information directly. Lacking intentional design, it failed to deliver value or credibility, hindering engagement and trust.

Moodboards: Defining Tone

Developed moodboards to align stakeholders on a modern, credible tone for visual design.

Partner Dashboard: Collaboration at Scale

The partner dashboard surfaced contract savings, supplier opportunities, and partnership metrics in a single view. By prioritizing clarity, we turned the portal into a collaborative tool where partners could quickly assess value and make informed decisions.

Sales Dashboard: Tracking Growth

The sales dashboard delivered a clean, data-rich view of pipeline health and growth trends. Simple visualizations helped internal teams and executives monitor performance, spot opportunities, and drive alignment across the organization.

User Management: Secure & Simple

User management was redesigned to be both secure and intuitive. A simplified structure reduced friction for administrators while giving partners confidence in managing access and permissions.

Homepage Dashboard: Insights at a Glance

The homepage dashboard provided a quick overview of key metrics, curated news, and featured opportunities. By focusing on brevity and hierarchy, we made the first interaction immediately valuable for busy users.

Design System: Style & Components

A lightweight design system ensured consistency across dashboards and future features. With reusable components and clear visual guidelines, Omnia gained a scalable framework that supports growth and ongoing evolution.
